Preparation, underfloor heating and screed by Alphapump

Fast drying cement based screed

Preparation and underfloor heating installed by us

Pump in place ready for screed
Alpha Pump prepared the sub-floor (over site) with a 1200 gauge membrane, we then installed 100mm insulation and covered with a 500 gauge membrane also installing the perimeter insulation for expansion.
We supplied and fitted underfloor heating to cover an area of 55m2.
We measured the amount of material to achieve the level needed then we supplied a FAST drying cement based screed which we pumped and laid to perfection.
This whole job was completed in 1 day. This particular job was "time sensitive" hence the use of Fast drying liquid screed.
Preparation, ultra thin screed by us.
This finished floor was put in badly out of level (not by us). We examined the floor and decided to use an ultra thin liquid screed to achieve a level floor. We didn't really have a lot of room to play with as we was bound by existing floor heights and door levels.
We used a Ultra thin liquid screed to go down as low as 12mm.
We levelled the floor out from 12mm to 110mm over 35m2.
Screed pumped in and laid by us.
We used a Anhydrite based liquid screed to cover underfloor heating in 2 separate extensions on the same building.
We pumped the screed and laid it to meet the existing floor levels.
Concrete pumped into footings and laid by us.

We used a concrete pump to place the concrete into footings for the foundation of a new build house.
We laid the concrete using a laser to achieve the best level possible to ensure the foundation of this new build is level, therefor making it easier for other trades working on this build after us. We will be returning back to site to supply and lay the sub floor (over site) and also supply all the preparation, underfloor heating and liquid screed.
